OUR CLASSES

At The Pink Pilates Studio, every class type is carefully designed to enhance your body alignment, improve posture, tone muscle, enhance flexibility and build strength.

 

Our mat classes provide strong, powerful, strengthening movements, true to Pilates technique. We blend the fundamentals of traditional Pilates with a mix of contemporary and dynamic techniques. Our classes are fun and uplifting and our highly qualified instructors will encourage you, challenge you and offer progressions and adaptations throughout class. 

 

Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced practitioner, each class allows you to tailor the pace to your own comfort level. We have a wide range of quality, gorgeous. pink, Pilates equipment to develop the classes but of course this is always entirely optional. 

 

Flows are refreshed often, correct form and alignment will always be encouraged, ensuring you always feel that signature Pilates burn, keeping things fresh and challenging. ​​

Pilates - Strength (Flow)

​​Pilates Strength (Flow) - Our signature class, designed to deliver a sculpting full body workout in 45 minutes. Classes provide an effective, low impact workout that will leave you feeling energised, strong and toned. Expect to guide your body through flowing sequences on the mat, expect to be challenged and encouraged, working with control and deliberate movements to become stronger, enhance flexibility, build core strength and improve posture. All classes promote proper alignment with emphasis on correct form to ensure you get the most out of your workout. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners. Not suitable for pre/post natal. 

 

Pilates Strength (Flow) has Women Only classes on Saturday at 10am & Sunday at 11am.

Pilates - (Dynamic) Power

Pilates - (Dynamic) Power - Our dynamic class, designed to deliver a little more dynamic full body workout in 45 minutes. Classes provide an effective, low impact workout that will leave you feeling energised, strong and toned. Expect to guide your body through dynamic sequences on the mat, expect to be challenged and encouraged, working with control and deliberate movements to become stronger, enhance flexibility, build core strength and improve posture. Our dynamic class is slightly more advanced, with additional strength incorporated. All classes promote proper alignment with emphasis on correct form to ensure you get the most out of your workout. This class is suitable for all levels, however if you are brand new to Pilates we suggest trying our Flow class first. Not suitable for pre/post natal.
