Originally called Contrology, Joseph Pilates developed Pilates in the early 20th century. Pilates is a low impact workout, that is a great way to lengthen, tone, improve flexibility & posture, building core strength through repetition and controlled movements. The key principles of Pilates are; concentration, control, centering, precision, breath and flowing movement.
We recommend a minimum of 2-3 times per week, this will allow you to see real progress and leave you feeling amazing. Joseph Pilates said “In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you'll have a whole new body.”
Targets deep abdominal muscles building core strength and stability, improves posture, Increased flexibility, low impact but challenging, reduces stress and improved mental focus, building body awareness, enhance muscle tone and definition... there are so many benefits of Pilates!
We use Momence as our booking platform, you can see our schedule here. Simply find the class you want to do, select the right class package or membership for you and the get excited. If you download the Momence app it's a little easier to navigate.

Yes we do! We have Women Only classes on the weekend. Look out for Pilates Sculpt (Women Only) on the schedule. You can see our schedule here.
Just bring your wonderful self! We have all the equipment you need. Maybe just bring your water bottle, grippy socks and wear something comfortable.
Our classes are 45 minutes long - the perfect time to get a great workout in under an hour.
We have step free access to the studio, a separate lounge area, where you can change and leave your things in the cubbies, we have toiletries, lotions, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Yes of course you can, we have beautiful pink mats at the studio but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Our address is Ground Floor, Unit 7, 11-29 Fashion Street, London, E1 6PX. Nearby tubes are Liverpool Street, Aldgate, Aldgate East and Shoreditch High Street. Many bus routes pass along the route and we have a Santander Cycle on the street. More info can be found here.
Absolutely! Our classes are all mixed ability and our amazing instructors, offer adaptations and progressions throughout class, so you can go at your own pace. Read more about our classes here.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to allow your space to be filled and have your class credit returned, please see our studio policy.
Always contact a healthcare professional if you have any worries about your ability to attend a class. Our classes focus on core engagement, a strong core reduces pressure on the back, it is gentle on the joints and can be adapted for most injuries.
Yes you absolutely can, pre natal up to 20 weeks, we always recommend seeking advice from a medical professional first. We will be launching Pilates Mummy, a class designed for pre/post natal women very soon.

Yes yes yes! We are huge advocates for proper alignment and form, to help you get the most out of the class our instructors are encouraged to give hands on corrections, of course they will always ask for your permission first.
